Notability App for the iPad

I watched an intern use an app today for the iPad called Notability. It seems to have many of the features I want in an app for supervision. For example, apparently it allows you to write, take pictures or include an image in your document, and draw all at the same time. It does cost money, but it is a nominal fee. I think this app is definitely one I am going to check out as an app for supervision.
